Who said you can find stars in the books of astronomy, astrology or fairy tales? A human can be a star too... No, I am not talking about the film-stars, but about the stars in the corporate world...

The ongoing appraisal season gave me the reason to create this post. In my company, the person scoring the highest relative rating is a star (kind of 5/5). Everyone here wants to be a star... a star perfomer, and everyone works towards it, but in the end very few people really get it... I fall in the majority - the people who are not stars...

The corporate policies they say is behind all this... and hundred other reasons, logical enough to confuse the person and agree to the rating they give you...

Let me make strategies for the next one... I will shine someday... amen
